The apartment plan

EPICEA RESIDENCE**** - APARTMENT N° 404


Decorated with much care, the apartment n° 404 is made up with 1 large lounge 25 m2 wide with 1 sofa-bed including 1 trunckle bed, 2 armchairs, 2 TV and DVD players, Internet wired and Wifi connection, radio, kitchen corner with a sink and a bar, 4 electric hobs, mini oven, microwave oven, large fridge, dishwasher and washing-machine.

The opening of the phone line can be claimed and paid at the residence reception.

  • 3 bedrooms clearly separated from each other, with many storage spaces, can lodge up to 10 people (but the "ideal" number is 8 people).

  • The 1st bedroom is 7 m2 wide and furnished with 2 bunk beds, 1 trunckle bed and 1 wardrobe.

  • The 2nd bedroom, 7 m2 wide as well, is furnished with 2 bunk beds and 1 upper bed above a clothes rail.

  • The 3rd bedroom is 12 m2 wide and equipped with 1 double bed, 1 chest of drawers and 1 bathroom (with shower and WC).

  • The sanitary equipment of this apartment is fulfilled by 1 bathroom with a bathtub, a 2nd bathroom with a shower and 1 WC.

  • The 2 balconies facing South and outdoor chairs and table allow guests to have lunch or to rest in the open air, in front of the ski domain, as soon as the sun is hot enough.

    2 ski-lockers are available in the skiroom that gives direct access to the ski-tracks. Out of respect for the furniture, guests are required not to store their ski gears in the apartment.

    In summer, all the sport and leisure activities proposed in the resort (swimming pool, tennis, crazy-golf, beach-volley, basket-ball, archery, fitness center, squash, trampoline, horse riding, golf, montain bike school, climbing wall, indoor show venue,...) are located within 200 m far from the apartment, still without any car of course ! Hiking footpaths begin directly from the residence and the "Via Ferrata" is 10 mn walk.
