Prices include

  • Accommodation for a maximum of 8 adults (12 years old and over) and a total of 10 people, from the evening of the first day from 5.00 p.m. until the morning of the last day before 10.00 a.m.
    Weeks with * can be separated into special "Week-End" stays (From Friday evening to Sunday evening) or "Mid-week" stays (From Monday morning to Friday morning) : please contact us
  • Water and electricity supply
  • Amenities and furniture as described in the inventory list
  • Cleaning set (sponge, washing-up liquid, washing tablets and washing cream)
  • 3 single tickets per day and per people in the cable-car from Morzine (Les Prodains) to Avoriaz (no skiers only)
Prices do not include
  • The Tourist Tax, presently set at a price of 1,00 € per night and per peole aged more than 16 by Morzine-Avoriaz local community
  • The security deposit : 500 €, to be given back to the lessee after the checking out
  • The apartment cleaning at the end of the stay
  • Bedsheets and bath towels
Optional services (to be ordered while reserving the stay)
  • Apartment cleaning at the end of the stay : 60 €
  • Mid-stay cleaning : 30 €
  • Set of single duvet : 8 € / set
  • Set of double duvet : 16 € / set
  • Set of bath towels : 8 € / set
  • Baby set : 15 € (folding bed + adapted sheets + highchair)
  • Beds made before arrival : 30 € (sheets not included)
On demand, we can offer other optional services : apartment cleaning twice a week or everyday, half-board, full-board, shuttle service from/to the airport/station, ski passes, ski and snowboard rental.
