Prices include
- Accommodation for a maximum of 8 adults (12 years old and over) and a total of 10 people, from the evening of the first day from 5.00 p.m. until the morning of the last day before 10.00 a.m. Contact us if you wish to arrive sooner.
- Water, electricity, heating and all other charges
- Amenities and furniture as described in the inventory list
- High speed internet connection
Prices do not include
- The security deposit : 500 €, to be given back to the lessee after the checking out
- The apartment cleaning at the end of the stay
- Bedsheets and bath towels
